So here's what you do...fill out the registration form found on the website. If you plan to pay by check, mail both registrations and the check to Melanie Crutchfield, Regional Secretary to be received by the 6th.  At this date, we would prefer that you pay by Paypal, email her your registration and in the body, indicate who is your registration buddy so that we can ensure that both of your registrations are paid. IF YOU DO NOT INDICATE THIS IN THE EMAIL, ONLY THE PERSON WHOSE CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED WILL HAVE THEIR REGISTRATION RECORDED AS PAID. October 7th, rates return to the $65 for medical student members, $50 for Pre medical students (add more for non SNMA members).
