All students: (1) Please fill out and send your registration form.

Registration payment is now closed.  You can register on-site for $35 if you are a premedical student and $45 if you are a medical student.  Check back often, as we may post links for these late-registration fees to be paid before your arrival.  If you are definitely going to come, send in the above registration form and we will make you a name tag.
