Welcome to SNMA Region VIII

Greetings, and welcome to the Movement!!!

I want to first thank you for coming to visit our site! Region VIII covers a relatively small area. However, in our tri-state region (Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware) we cover eight chapters, and are continually actively recruiting more!

We are dedicated to serving our community and providing resources to our members that will enrich their medical school experience. Leadership training, enrichment conferences, and serving our community through various mentorship programming and health fairs are just a few of Region VIII’s activities.

For the year 2008-2009, it is our hope that we establish and strengthen our regional infrastructure, recruit and retain more chapters, and also establish more pipeline programs in order to increase diversity in health care.
