1. SNMA Member Scholarships 2013
The SNMA Scholarships are now available!
Member scholarships are open to all nationally paid SNMA members, and will be awarded in the following categories: Pre-Medical, Basic Medical Sciences, and Clinical Sciences. Member scholarship winners will be announced at AMEC 2013.
Deadline for submission: March 1st, 2013 (NO EXCEPTIONS)

2. SNMA Member of the Year 2013
Do you know a SNMA member or leader who exemplifies the spirit of service and scholarship that has defined our organization for the last 49 years? Have you had the privilege of working with someone in SNMA who deserves recognition for their tireless efforts and dedication? If so, this announcement is for you!
We are currently accepting nominations for the 2013 SNMA Member of the Year. Any SNMA Member may nominate another active (medical student) member for the SNMA Member of the Year Award. Member of the Year will be announced at AMEC 2013.

3. SNMA Award Nominations 2013
Do you have a hero at your school who is a champion for diversity in the physician workforce? Is there a pre-medical or medical student advisor that is committed to the success of future minority physicians? Has your school or institution exhibited an outstanding commitment to diversity? If you answered yes to any of these questions, submit a nomination form to the SNMA Awards Committee!

4. Does your chapter have "P.R.I.D.E"?
P.R.I.D.E. stands for Perseverance in Academic Achievement, Recruitment and Retention of Future Minority Physicians, Intensity of Advocacy and Leadership, Dedication to service and humanity, and Enthusiasm for SNMA. If your chapter has exhibited your P.R.I.D.E. through community service, apply for the SNMA P.R.I.D.E. Campaign to show other chapters your stuff! Further details can be found in the application.
