This year's theme, "A Seat at the Table: Maximizing Your Potential as a Student, Advocate, and Healer," stems from SNMA's core mission and commitment to support current and future underrepresented minority students, to address the needs of underserved communities and to increase the number of clinically excellent, culturally competent, and socially conscious physicians. Dr. Chavon Onumah, Assistant Professor at the The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, will deliver the keynote address.
